Shipping within the United States
Standard shipping is free to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or countries outside the United States.
When to expect your order
Our estimated processing time is 2–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 7–15 business days. Allow approximately 9–18 business days in total from ordering to delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Items are sent directly by our fulfillment partners and may ship internationally. Our New Mexico business address is not a promise that products ship from a US warehouse. If an order travels in separate parcels, we will provide the available shipment details.
Order cutoff
Our order cutoff is 5:00 pm Mountain Time (America/Denver), Monday through Friday. Orders received after this time, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Dispatch and tracking
We will email your shipment details after dispatch and share carrier tracking when it is available. A shipping label alone does not mean the carrier has collected the parcel. Contact us if you need help locating a shipment.
Delays, missing parcels and cancellations
If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing window, we will contact you with a revised estimate and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. We will not treat silence as consent to an indefinite delay. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel and refund it.
If delivery runs beyond the estimated window, contact us so we can investigate and agree on a resolution. You do not lose your refund rights because a parcel is missing. For confirmed non-delivery, we will arrange a replacement with your agreement or issue a refund.
You may request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, our 30-day returns and refunds policy applies. Optional mail returns are free with a prepaid label; a refund does not require you to return the item. Contact us promptly about an incorrect delivery address so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
