Free standard shipping to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Estimated processing: 2–3 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch: 7–15 business days (approximately 9–18 business days total). We will contact you about dispatch delays and offer cancellation and a full refund. How do returns and refunds work?
Request a refund or free mail return within 30 days of delivery for change of mind or a faulty, damaged or wrong item. New, opened and slightly used products are eligible. We email a prepaid label for optional mail returns; you can also receive a refund without returning the item. No return postage or restocking fee. Email hey@visoviso.com with your order number. We issue eligible refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days; bank processing can take another 5–10 business days (approximately 21 calendar days total). Available products can be ordered through the shopping bag and checkout. Availability and the full total are shown before payment. Items marked unavailable cannot be ordered.
