Every set is the same light. Bigger sets cost less per light, and a 6 or 12 can mix finishes in groups of three.
Build your set ↑How long does the battery last?
Up to 24 hours of light per charge from the built-in 2000 mAh battery; brighter settings use it faster. It recharges by USB-C in about an hour, and the small light by the port is red while charging and green when full.
Which light tone should I choose?
Warm white (3000K) flatters oils, wood and warm-toned prints. Neutral white (4200K) is closest to daylight. Cool white (6500K) keeps black-and-white photographs and blue tones crisp. You can switch at any time with the remote.
How many lights are in a set?
The pack selector lists the number of lights in each set. The quantity in your bag counts sets: one 6-light set contains six lights. A mixed set can have a different finish for each group of three lights. See the measurements and set contents in the product details.
How do I choose the finish?
Select the set size first, then choose a finish or a mix above. The selected options are listed in your bag. Lifestyle photographs show examples of the product in a room; check the selected product details before ordering.
Where can I find dimensions and installation details?
The light is approximately 86 mm (3.39 in) in diameter and 30 mm (1.18 in) high. Its bracket projects 100 mm (3.94 in), with a 50 mm (1.97 in) wall plate and 40 mm (1.57 in) width. Follow the supplied mounting and charging instructions; contact us about surface compatibility.
Where do you ship, and when will it arrive?
Free standard shipping to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Estimated processing: 2–3 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch: 7–15 business days (approximately 9–18 business days total). We will contact you about dispatch delays and offer cancellation and a full refund. See our shipping policy for details.
How do returns and refunds work?
Request a refund or free mail return within 30 days of delivery for change of mind or a faulty, damaged or wrong item. New, opened and slightly used products are eligible. We email a prepaid label for optional mail returns; you can also receive a refund without returning the item. No return postage or restocking fee. Email hey@visoviso.com with your order number. We issue eligible refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days; bank processing can take another 5–10 business days (approximately 21 calendar days total).
