Last updated: October 6, 2026. Viso Viso is operated by Onlime.is LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. Our business address is 10001 Southern Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123, United States. Contact hey@visoviso.com or +1 (505) 578-7694 about this notice or your information.
Shopping, orders and customer care
We use the information you provide to manage your cart, process orders, arrange delivery, answer questions, handle refunds, prevent fraud and maintain business records. This may include your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, selected products, order history and correspondence.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information is transmitted to Stripe through its payment interface; our store receives transaction status, payment references and limited details such as card brand and last four digits, rather than storing your full card number or security code. See Stripe’s privacy notice. Do not send full card details or passwords to customer care.
Service providers and international processing
The store uses WooCommerce and WordPress hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Finland. Google Workspace handles our customer-care email, and Quo provides our customer-care phone service. Stripe handles payment processing and fraud checks. Teemdrop is our selected sourcing and fulfillment provider; when we arrange fulfillment through it, we share the recipient and order information needed to deliver the purchase. Carriers receive the information needed to transport and track parcels.
Information may be accessed or processed in the United States, Iceland, Finland, China and other countries where the relevant provider operates. We do not represent that all customer data or goods remain in the United States. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those safeguards must be in place for that transfer. We may also disclose information where legally required or to protect against fraud, security incidents or unlawful activity.
Essential cookies and security
Essential cookies support the cart, checkout, accounts and security. WooCommerce uses cart indicators and a session identifier to retain your shopping session; WordPress uses authentication cookies when you sign in. Our host and security services process technical request information such as IP address, browser, requested pages and errors to deliver and protect the website. You can remove cookies in your browser, but doing so may interrupt cart or sign-in functions.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Optional cookies and similar technologies require your permission. Use Privacy choices on any page to accept all, reject optional cookies, or choose analytics, session replays and advertising separately. All optional categories are off until you choose them. Shopping works when you reject them. We remember your choice for up to six months; you can change it or withdraw consent at any time.
Analytics measures visits, interactions and completed purchases using Google Analytics 4. Data includes page views, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, approximate location and interactions such as scrolling and outbound links. Purchase events include an order reference, currency, item identifiers, quantities, value, shipping and tax. We do not include your name, email, delivery address or payment-card details in those events.
Advertising consent covers cookies and related data use for measuring ad performance, attributing purchases to ads and personalizing advertising, including remarketing through Google Ads. These purposes can involve browser and device information, cookie and advertising identifiers, ad interactions, pages viewed and purchase activity. Advertising tools are permitted to load only with advertising consent; accepting analytics alone does not authorize advertising. Google Signals remains disabled in our Analytics tag.
Google receives technical information, including your IP address, when an optional Google tool loads. Google processes information under its own terms and privacy policies and may associate advertising activity with other information it holds. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Our preference cookies (viso_privacy_v3 and the analytics compatibility preference) last up to six months. Google Analytics cookies such as _ga distinguish visitors and sessions and can last up to two years. Google advertising cookies, such as _gcl_au, support ad attribution and commonly last up to 90 days; duration depends on the particular cookie and service. Browser settings can shorten these periods. We remove accessible first-party measurement cookies when you withdraw the corresponding permission; you can also clear cookies through your browser. Withdrawal stops subsequent optional tracking on this site but does not erase information already received by a provider.
We do not sell customer lists. Advertising-related disclosures to providers may be considered sharing or a sale for targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Choose Reject optional, or turn off Advertising and save, to opt out. We honor the browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by keeping advertising consent off. Choices apply to the current browser; set them separately on other browsers or devices. See our privacy choices page for other requests.
Optional session replays: Microsoft Clarity
With your Session replays permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use our store through session replays, heatmaps and behavioral metrics. Clarity captures page interactions such as clicks, taps, scrolling and navigation, together with technical information such as browser, device, visited pages and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. Replays reconstruct activity within our website; they do not record your desktop or other apps.
We mask page content before recording and exclude signed-in visits, cart, checkout, account, contact and order-tracking pages. Pages with query strings or URL fragments are also excluded. We do not send customer names, email addresses or order identifiers through Clarity’s identification API. Microsoft receives the technical connection information required to provide the service and stores Clarity data in the United States. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for Microsoft’s processing, protection and use of information.
Session replays is a separate optional choice in Privacy choices. Clarity does not load unless you accept it. Accepting Analytics alone does not enable recordings. Turn off Session replays and save, or choose Reject optional, to stop recording and remove accessible first-party Clarity cookies. We send Microsoft a denied advertising-storage signal for this integration.
Clarity uses first-party cookies such as _clck to recognize a browser and _clsk to connect page views into a session. Microsoft documents additional cookies for its services in its Clarity cookie information. Ordinary replay data is retained for 30 days; labeled or favorited sessions, heatmaps and aggregated click data can be retained for nine months. Withdrawal does not erase data already received; contact us for privacy requests.
How long we keep information
We retain order and transaction records as needed for fulfillment, refunds, accounting, tax requirements and resolving disputes. Support correspondence is retained while the issue is active and where needed to document its resolution. Security records are retained as needed to investigate problems and protect the service. Retention depends on the type of information and applicable legal obligations; a deletion request may not require us to erase records we must retain. We restrict access to people and providers who need the information for these purposes.
Your requests and choices
Email us to request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your personal information. Depending on the law that applies, you may also be entitled to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of certain uses or complain to a data-protection authority. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity before responding. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out on that basis. We do not sell customer lists.
Children and changes
This store is intended for adults purchasing home products. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. We update this notice when our practices change and provide any additional notice required by law.
Conversion measurement update — October 26, 2026
With the relevant permission, we keep campaign names and ad-click identifiers in a first-party vv_attribution cookie for up to 90 days from a tagged visit and associate them with the shopping session and resulting order. Analytics permission covers campaign details; advertising permission covers Google ad-click identifiers. The order attribution is removed after its expiry. We do not recover advertising identities by matching IP addresses or fingerprints.
With advertising consent, after a paid purchase we send Google Ads a normalized, one-way SHA-256 hash of the billing email for enhanced conversion matching. Google may match that hash with information it already holds to measure an ad-driven sale. Hashing does not make the identifier anonymous. We do not send the raw email, phone number, name, street address or payment-card details in these conversion events. The email hash is not included in our Google Analytics events. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Traffic-quality and abuse monitoring
We keep first-party security records for paid-tagged arrivals to investigate automated traffic and abuse. These include the time, page path without query details, encrypted source IP address, coarse browser/device category, limited automation indicators, visible-page time and interaction counts. No canvas, WebGL, plugin inventory, cross-site device fingerprint, form contents or payment details are collected by this monitor. Google click identifiers are retained only with advertising permission. Records expire after 30 days; access and evidence exports are limited to store managers. With a valid shopping session, confirmed cart, checkout and payment outcomes may be associated with the arrival for abuse review. Records are not automatically sent to advertising platforms, and a risk indicator is not proof of fraud.
You can withdraw permission using Privacy choices. This stops subsequent optional measurement and clears accessible related first-party cookies; withdrawal does not erase information already received by a provider. Shopping and payment work without optional tracking.
